XM573

XM573 was delivered to the Strategic Air Command Museum at Offutt AFB, Nebraska, USA, in 1982. Until the museum raised funds to house most of its collection indoors around the late 1990s, XM573 was outside and suffered the harsh conditions of Nebraska. The aircraft was safely indoors until 2015 when she was moved outside due to a lack of space. This Vulcan is now undergoing an extensive restoration.
